When you place an order, it will take about 10 to 12 days to have your piece of jewelry ready. Each piece of jewelry will come with a certificate of authenticity; this certificate will explain to you our customer the care you should give to the new piece of jewelry you just acquired. Also, it will assure you if anything will go wrong with the piece of jewelry because is defected not abused. It will be fixed at no cost. Also it will take about 5 working days for package and delivery travel from our facilities to your destination.

If the piece of jewelry you purchased is one of a kind, most likely will be put in the mail within two working days.
