Make sure to follow the instructions on returning policy section.

Since our jewelry rely part on raw materials and natural gem

stones dependent on nature’s cycles, we cannot guarantee we will manufactured the same Maleku-jewelry design all the time and we will be constantly renewing our designs and stock or making substitutions occasionally upon customer approval.

For the same reason described above, one Maleku-jewelry piece will never be identical to the other. This will give you as a customer the satisfaction of having one of a kind piece of jewelry.

 

Return policy:

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Within 10 days of delivery of the date you may return any defective or damage new piece of jewelry you purchased from Maleku Jewelry Designs for a refund provided. Please contact us as soon as you get the new piece of jewelry and you decided to return it.

After 10 days we will not accept any damage or defective new piece of jewelry.

A new piece of jewelry is in its original new condition with all material, packaging and certificate intact.

Pieces of jewelry worded may not be returned and Maleku Jewelry Designs will not refund your money.

A damage new piece of jewelry will be replaced to you within 10 days. If by any reason we cannot create another equal to the piece of jewelry you purchased, we will give you credit to future purchases.

 

To return a piece of jewelry:

Please contact us by email ahead of time, regarding your intention to return the just arrived new piece of jewelry. Include your name, order #, receipt and order details. Return shipping is the responsibility of the costumer. For your protection we advise that you include insurance for the value of the piece or pieces returned and a tracking # number. We must be able to track your return in case of loss; we cannot give credit to you for lost returns.
